I've been working with organizations for over 20 years
Sue has been involved in talent and organizational development for over 20 years in various organizations throughout Canada, from healthcare and the financial industry to community services and call centres.
Sue has designed and delivered learning and programs related to performance development, resilience, conflict resolution, communications, system transformations, effective meetings, change leadership, mental health awareness, coaching, mentoring, feedback, productivity, time management and Leadership Development Programs.
To Sue, it’s not a job, it’s a passion and an honor to have the opportunity to partner with, and share in, others personal and professional development journey.
Sue has a Provincial Instructors Diploma and is a certified facilitator of Fierce Conversations and Fierce Feedback, has delivered FranklinCovey courses such as Speed of Trust and Unleashing Talent and is a Certified in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0).
